Payment for the Weekend Special or Weekly Rental is due at booking or delivery. Contractors running 2 or more rentals per month can qualify for monthly billing and priority scheduling – just ask when you set up your account.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
We believe in transparent, flat-rate pricing. The price you’re quoted for the Weekend Special or Weekly Rental is what you pay. Extra fees only apply if:
- Overage: Debris beyond the included 2 tons is billed at $175/ton (or prepay at a discounted $125/ton if you know you’ll need extra), with the scale ticket always shown to you
- Prohibited items: Charges apply if hazardous materials are found at pickup (we screen at delivery and pickup)
- Extension: Keeping the bin past your rental window costs a flat $25/day, subject to availability

How high can I fill the dumpster?
For safe transport, all contents must be level with or below the top rails of the dumpster. Here’s why this matters:

We run a Friday-focused schedule rather than general same-day delivery. Book by Thursday at 5pm and your bin is guaranteed on your driveway Friday afternoon, with a 2-hour delivery window texted to you in advance.
Our signature service: Joe personally delivers and picks up every bin, so it’s the same driver every time – no dispatch, no strangers on your property. We only run a limited number of bins each week (currently 3 for the Weekend Special), so slots fill up fast.

Does anyone need to be home for dumpster delivery?
No, you don’t need to be home for delivery – just provide clear instructions when booking:

What happens if I need the dumpster picked up early?
Both the Weekend Special and Weekly Rental are flat-rate for their fixed pickup day (Monday for the weekend option, the following Friday for the weekly option), so there is no discount for early pickup. If your project wraps up ahead of schedule, just text us at 619-356-0599 and we will do our best to swing by sooner when our schedule allows.
Can I change the dumpster size after delivery?

If the dumpster is empty or mostly empty: We can swap it for a different size. There may be a small delivery fee for the exchange, but we’ll work with you to minimize costs.
If the dumpster is already full: We’ll need to empty it first, then you can order a second dumpster if needed.
